Hi! I'm Luka and I've been building myself through fitness for over 7 years. As a kid, I dreamed of being like a superhero – strong, capable and confident. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to be a better version of myself.
I'm not on social media to brag or pretend to be perfect – I've had my downfalls, injuries, phases of stagnation and doubt. But what I've learned is that it's enough to make at least 0.01% progress every day. The first step? Accepting your own imperfections.
The beginning of my journey was in my room. Push-ups, squats and a bag of books instead of weights. The first push-up? I ended up on the floor and injured myself. But I didn't stop. Today I bench press 140 kg, squat 180 kg and can do 100 push-ups in a row.
I've added over 30 kg of lean muscle mass, from a starting weight of 40 kg. Behind this are years of learning about training, nutrition, supplementation, biomechanics and mental strength.
Fitness is not a linear progression – there were ups and downs, but the key was to stay consistent. I was surrounded by people who believed in me, but also those who didn't. I knew why I was doing it and I didn't give up.
I have also worked on international stages – (Dubai, South America..), where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience.
I am also a sponsored athlete and dedicated to a lifestyle that includes physical and mental development.
On Instagram and TikTok (@lukasthetix), I have gathered more than 50,000 followers, where I share my progress and motivate others.
My goal is to inspire and help, just like those I watched as a kid helped me, and on my Instagram profile under the emphasis "Coaching" you can see some of the results of people who decided to publicly share their success stories, many of which were achieved very simply online - via the internet. Of course, there is also a 1-1 option, although the first option is enough for the average person.
